Overview

We are in search of a Client Investment Advisor to serve as the primary liaison for both prospective and existing clients.

The successful applicant will seamlessly integrate exceptional customer service, front-desk coordination, and sales assistance, facilitating initial prospect inquiries, managing lead generation, providing support for high-level consultations, and aiding in critical onboarding documentation.

Oversee key operational duties encompassing project management, team leadership, and strategic planning to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize workflow processes, enhance productivity, and drive sustainable growth. Foster a collaborative work environment by mentoring team members, delegating tasks effectively, and promoting professional development initiatives. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards while maintaining high ethical and professional integrity.

Greet callers courteously, provide a welcoming reception for office visitors, address initial inquiries via WhatsApp or the company website, and oversee the front desk and reception area with professionalism and efficiency.

Accurately document each new inquiry, ensuring comprehensive capture of essential details such as name, contact information, preferred destination country, family size, budget allocation, source of the lead, and current status.

Attend pre-approved client meetings, manage the scheduling of consultations, compile and organize meeting materials, and serve as a professional representative of the organization during both in-office and external engagements.

Maintain ongoing communication with prospects after consultations, distribute approved corporate brochures, notify clients of any pending items, and ensure the lead tracker remains current.

Gather and verify all required onboarding documents from clients, ensuring they align with established checklists before submitting them to the Operations Manager.

Assist with the development of client proposals by utilizing standardized company templates, and promptly elevate high-priority prospects to either the CEO or the Operations Manager for further review.
