Job Summary

The Savings Sales Marketing Officer drives deposit mobilization efforts, expands the customer base for savings products, and strategically promotes these offerings to meet targeted deposit growth goals.

Oversee and execute essential duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize workflows, and foster innovation. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and report findings to senior management to inform decision-making. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and prioritize initiatives to maximize productivity and profitability. Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate a high-performing workforce. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and ethical guidelines to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.

Requirements

Demonstrated success in deposit mobilization or sales is considered beneficial.

Exceptional proficiency in cultivating and sustaining professional networks and fostering strategic partnerships is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage relationships effectively is required.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and deliver compelling presentations.
