Your responsibilities will involve performing a range of duties, including managing projects from inception to completion, analyzing data to identify trends and insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of PC Commercial, Finance, and Tax-related matters.

This role involves overseeing ground tracking and spend management to align costs within the PC with the pre-established annual budget. Collaboration with the PC Director is essential to guide cost development throughout the year, ensuring the PC ICP progresses in a favorable direction.

The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining appropriate controls across the site to align with both capital and revenue budgets, as well as asset and cash expenditure tracking. This includes developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance. Additionally, the position will oversee accurate cost accounting to support informed decision-making within the organization.

Oversee the management of fixed assets within the factory setting, encompassing capitalization and disposal processes.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies by preparing accurate accounting records and financial reports, while adhering to all legal and statutory obligations to meet the requirements of local, corporate, and headquarters stakeholders.

Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls to oversee and safeguard factory operations is essential.

Ensures precision and efficiency in monthly financial closing processes while securely transmitting closing data to the regional office for critical reporting requirements, including CIS, investment reporting, risk reporting, and SOI. Collaborates with local management to finalize reporting details prior to execution.

We maintain a robust connection with the accounting department to ensure financial integrity and transparency across key financial statements including the balance sheet, income statement, and asset records.

Cooperating seamlessly with multiple auditors and ensuring the timely implementation of their recommendations constitutes a core responsibility. This role demands consistent communication with external and internal audit teams to align on findings, resolve discrepancies, and track corrective actions. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential to maintain transparency, meet deadlines, and support continuous improvement across operational processes.

Facilitate the annual business planning cycle by performing calculations and delivering “intercompany prices.”

Oversee the quarterly forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsible for evaluating and documenting discrepancies between actual and budgeted production costs, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions to minimize financial deviations in manufacturing operations.

Responsible for documenting and communicating progress on factory cost reduction initiatives. Spearheads cost-saving projects specifically focused on GE production lines to advance ICP development efforts.

Your Profile

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.

Experienced in financial analysis, cost accounting, and inventory management.

Requires a high level of expertise in SAP, with a particular emphasis on finance and materials management modules.

Demonstrates exceptional analytical capabilities, adept at dissecting intricate datasets to derive meaningful and practical conclusions.

Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities to effectively engage with diverse, cross-functional teams.

Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software, supported by hands-on experience and applicable training.

Proficiency in procurement methodologies, material planning strategies, and cost control frameworks is required.
