Guarantee the precision of all data necessary for executing financial transactions into designated accounts within the financial accounting system.
Promptly submit all statutory deductions, including Withholding Tax (WHT), to the appropriate statutory authority on a monthly basis.
Handles cash and bank transactions, manages accounts receivable and accruals, and administers payroll processing and salary disbursements.
Compile monthly bank reconciliation statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly to ensure accurate financial records.
Collaborate closely with External Auditors to facilitate a seamless and prompt completion of the year-end audit.
Compile and deliver a comprehensive monthly financial report.
Ensure that utility bills and tax levies are paid promptly and consistently.
Responsibilities include maintaining general accounting records and overseeing continuous monitoring of cash transactions, as well as documenting prepaid assets.
Weekly reconciliations of accounts are conducted to ensure seamless management of revenue in collaboration with the traffic department.
Responsible for managing the company’s cash flow and overseeing the allocation and disbursement of petty cash funds.
Execute any additional duties as directed by the Finance Manager, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives and priorities.
Collaborate on enhancing the accounting system and strengthening internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain adherence to all relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
Assigned tasks may include additional responsibilities based on the needs of the finance manager.
