Oversee and execute critical responsibilities and essential duties as outlined below:
Oversee comprehensive accounting functions encompassing general ledger maintenance, cost accounting, and subsidiary financial reporting. Ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and analysis of financial transactions across all accounting categories. Implement and enforce robust accounting policies and procedures to uphold compliance with regulatory standards and organizational requirements.
Compile, examine, and assess recurring financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Evaluate financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas requiring improvement, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail throughout the analysis process.
Oversee cash flow, liquidity levels, and projected cash flow forecasts to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
Develop budgets and oversee financial performance, conducting detailed variance analyses to identify discrepancies between planned and actual expenditures. Following this assessment, recommend and implement strategic corrective measures to optimize financial outcomes and ensure adherence to fiscal objectives.
Responsible for managing the issuance of customer invoices and processing supplier payments.
Ensure adherence to tax obligations and social compliance standards, including timely filings, payments, and maintaining effective communication with governmental bodies.
Facilitate readiness for internal and external audits while ensuring thorough follow-up on all recommendations provided.
Deliver comprehensive financial analyses to guide executive decision-making processes.
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of internal financial processes by identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing best practices to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Experiences
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Management is required for this role.
With a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in a comparable position, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in the field to be considered for this opportunity.
Experienced professionals must demonstrate exceptional competence in accounting, taxation, and financial analysis.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing information technology resources, accounting platforms, and SAP software solutions.
Attention to detail, ethical conduct, and a strict commitment to confidentiality are essential attributes for this role.
Additional qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates must demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
Proficiency in multicultural settings or within a well-defined organizational framework is required.
Proven track record of operating effectively within international or multi-site organizational frameworks.
Proficiency in FIRS and LIES standards is highly desirable.
