Collaborate with department heads to gather necessary financial information, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. Prepare preliminary budget drafts, review variances, and assist in forecasting future financial performance. Present budget proposals to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of hands-on experience in a comparable role are required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets are essential. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is a must. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders are also necessary.
