Proactively pursue outstanding invoices and overdue accounts through phone calls, email correspondence, and in-person visits to ensure timely resolution.

Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments by reviewing new customer credit applications, scrutinizing financial documentation, and determining suitable credit limits.

Dispute resolution duties involve conducting thorough investigations into invoice discrepancies, short-payments, and billing disputes, then implementing effective solutions to expedite payment processing.

Post incoming payments and ensure precise reconciliation of customer accounts within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Prepare and present recurring aging reports while monitoring collection key performance indicators, including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), for executive review.

Escalation responsibilities include executing collection protocols and promptly referring delinquent accounts to the Team Lead for further action.

Design and oversee a comprehensive credit control system in partnership with sales, marketing, finance, and executive leadership teams.

Develop and implement policies grounded in customer service excellence to guarantee timely payment submissions from clients.

Analyze customer credit reports, evaluate applications, and make approval or denial decisions while ensuring timely communication of outcomes to relevant staff members.
