We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team, responsible for overseeing key operational tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of daily activities. Supervise a team comprising Forest Guardians and Data Technicians within the Loki region.

Oversee field-based alternative livelihood teams to ensure effective implementation and coordination of projects.

Conduct field surveys under direct supervision to collect comprehensive data while ensuring compliance with established protocols and safety standards.

Gather and analyze data pertaining to monitoring and evaluation initiatives.

We oversee initiatives aimed at fostering community involvement and enhancing educational outreach programs.

Reports directly to the senior leadership team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic initiatives. Facilitates clear communication channels between executive management and department heads, providing actionable insights and progress updates. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, monitor performance metrics, and address operational challenges. Analyzes complex data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring transparency in reporting structures.

Program Management professionals are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, allocate resources, and mitigate risks while maintaining adherence to timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with expertise in project management methodologies and tools. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is typically required, and professional certifications such as PMP or similar may be preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline) required, along with a minimum of five years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or auditing. Strong proficiency in financial software systems, including ERP platforms, is essential, alongside advanced knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are mandatory, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly. Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role, overseeing financial operations or teams, is highly desirable.

A degree in Zoology, Biological Sciences, or closely related fields is required.

Proficiency in business English, including impeccable punctuation, spelling, and grammatical accuracy, is required.

Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of effectively guiding and motivating teams to achieve organizational goals.

Highly adaptable and proficient in rapidly acquiring new competencies.

Applicants must maintain residency in Cross River State and demonstrate a strong willingness to commit significant time to fieldwork, particularly in the AFI Mountain and Cross River National Park regions.
