The Fiber Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and coordination of fiber deployment projects from initiation to completion, guaranteeing punctual delivery, exceptional execution standards, and strict compliance with established industry regulations.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational excellence, including [list responsibilities here]. Responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing fiber network projects, including FTTH, FTTB, Backbone, and Metro deployments.
Collaborate with field teams, vendors, and stakeholders to guarantee seamless operational execution.
Prepare and deliver precise daily and weekly reports, along with comprehensive project documentation and finalized as-built designs.
Oversee project advancement, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks, established timelines, and allocated budget constraints throughout the initiative’s lifecycle.
Perform comprehensive site surveys, evaluate potential risks, and conduct thorough technical assessments to gather critical data and insights.
Maintain strict oversight of materials usage and asset management to ensure full accountability.
Leverage digital platforms to maintain comprehensive project tracking, documentation, and reporting processes.
Address technical issues in a timely manner and escalate them to the appropriate teams when required.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in project management and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, demonstrated leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Microsoft Project and Excel, is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is required, and PMP certification is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and maintaining clear documentation throughout each project phase.
Must be no older than 40 years of age.
Expertise in fiber optics, transmission systems, and Outside Plant/Inside Plant (OSP/ISP) design is essential.
Demonstrates exceptional ability to manage projects efficiently and deliver comprehensive reports.
Demonstrates strong technical competence in GIS tools, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and a range of other pertinent software platforms.
Effective leadership capabilities, excellent communication proficiency, and a robust analytical skill set.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline is required.
Requires a minimum of three to five years of hands-on involvement in fiber-related projects.
