Responsibilities:
Deliver a steady supply of superior-grade poultry feed to meet established quality benchmarks.
Operate crushers, grinders, and mixers to process grains and ingredients in strict adherence to specified formulas.
Consistently evaluate feed consistency, nutritional composition, and sanitation levels to ensure compliance with rigorous farm protocols.
Receive and store bulk commodities such as corn and soy, oversee the operation of micro-ingredient hoppers, and maintain storage conditions to mitigate the risk of contamination.
Conduct regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance, including lubricating bearings, examining gearboxes, and assessing belt conditions to reduce the risk of unexpected failures.
Strictly comply with all biosecurity protocols, health regulations, and safety measures to ensure the mill remains in pristine condition.
Produce precise daily records detailing production volumes, ingredient consumption, and equipment efficiency metrics.
Requirements:
A minimum qualification of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent vocational training in feed production, mechanics, or a related discipline is required.
All staff members will undergo comprehensive training upon their return to duty.
