NECK invites applications from qualified professionals nationwide to serve as Examination Supervisors, ensuring the integrity and transparency of national examinations such as NEE, BEE, SSC, and NGE. This temporary, examination-focused role is available to holders of diplomas and degrees in all states.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational excellence and alignment with organizational goals, including strategic planning, team leadership, and performance monitoring. Develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and systems to optimize efficiency, compliance, and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, resolve challenges, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Prepare and present detailed reports, data analyses, and actionable insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making. Monitor budget adherence, resource allocation, and financial performance to maintain fiscal responsibility and accountability.

Oversee the administration of examinations at designated testing locations, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards throughout the evaluation process.

Ensure strict adherence to all examination policies, guidelines, and regulatory standards throughout testing processes.

Ensure the confidentiality and protection of examination materials at all times. Safeguard sensitive documentation against unauthorized access, duplication, or distribution to uphold regulatory compliance and maintain trust in assessment processes.

Collaborate effectively with invigilators and key stakeholders to ensure smooth examination procedures and address any operational needs that may arise.

Promptly report any incidents or irregularities to ensure timely resolution and prevent potential escalation.

Requirements

A minimum qualification of a National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), National Certificate of Education (NCE), or a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. or equivalent) is required.

Integrity and meticulous attention to detail are essential qualities for this role. The position demands a high level of precision in all tasks performed, ensuring accuracy and consistency in work output. Candidates must demonstrate reliability and a commitment to upholding ethical standards while maintaining a sharp focus on the finer points of their responsibilities.
