Job Summary

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven NYC Corps Members to enhance our Sales and Marketing team by joining us as Sales Representatives.

The ideal candidates will spearhead product promotion and marketing initiatives, cultivate lead generation, and bolster overall sales expansion.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties encompassing operational oversight, strategic planning, and team leadership, with a primary focus on ensuring organizational efficiency and achieving predefined objectives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to align resources, streamline processes, and address challenges that arise in day-to-day operations. Lead initiatives that drive innovation, optimize performance metrics, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the organization. Additionally, monitor progress through regular assessments, provide actionable feedback, and implement corrective measures to maintain high standards of productivity and excellence.

Proactively engage potential customers to highlight and drive awareness of the company’s product offerings.

Develop and pursue new client relationships to create avenues for sales growth.

Provide customers with detailed explanations regarding product features, advantages, and cost structures.

Foster strong client relationships to cultivate loyalty and drive recurring revenue.

Consistently meet or surpass established sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Collect and evaluate customer feedback while analyzing market trends and competitor actions to inform strategic decisions.

Coordinate and execute promotional initiatives, marketing campaigns, and field marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Diligently document and communicate daily sales performance metrics.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a managerial role, proficiency in project management software, and excellent communication skills. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, and exhibit a proven track record of team leadership. Additionally, familiarity with financial analysis and budgeting is essential.

A currently serving member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) is required for this position.

Effective verbal and written communication abilities are essential, along with a demonstrated capacity for building and maintaining productive professional relationships.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous learning and thrives in performance-driven work settings.

Demonstrated capacity to function both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

Proficiency in sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial.
