Oversee a well-structured and professional classroom environment that fosters an atmosphere conducive to learning and personal growth.

Develop and implement structured classroom routines and clear expectations to foster an optimal learning environment.

Uphold a consistently tidy and welcoming physical space to ensure comfort and professionalism for all visitors and staff.

Approach challenging circumstances with composure, adaptability, patience, and empathy while maintaining a positive outlook.

Develop collaborative, respectful relationships with families by maintaining consistent communication and conducting structured parent-teacher conferences.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration, along with at least three years of professional experience in a related discipline. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, as well as a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities, are essential. Additionally, the role requires adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to continuous professional development.

A bachelor’s degree in education, English, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of three years of instructional experience in English or a closely related subject at the specified grade levels, candidates should be well-prepared to engage students effectively in the classroom.

Proficient in both written and verbal communication, accompanied by a current teaching certification.

Demonstrates adaptability in both mindset and instructional methodologies aligned with Dom fas’ educational philosophy.

Preferred Qualifications include experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, and a proven track record in managing complex projects. Additional assets include knowledge of machine learning techniques, agile methodologies, and prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role.

A master’s degree in education, English, or a closely related field is required.

With a minimum of five years of instructional experience in English or a related academic discipline, you will bring a strong foundation of pedagogical expertise to this role.

Proficient in the use of educational technology tools, including interactive whiteboards and multimedia devices, is essential for this role.

Proficient French language abilities are required, including fluency in both written and spoken forms, enabling effective communication in professional settings.

Candidates are required to hold a current TRCN (Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria) certificate or furnish evidence of ongoing registration. Additionally, they must meet the educational prerequisites, including a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B. Ed, B.A. Ed, or B.Sc. Ed), or other recognized teaching certifications pertinent to the position.
