Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to established protocols. Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet organizational objectives, while monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance productivity, compliance, and risk mitigation. Act as a liaison between senior leadership and departmental teams to facilitate clear communication and decision-making. Mark ensures compliance with departmental and School marking policies by providing constructive feedback and systematically documenting students’ subject-specific progress.
Employ a diverse array of educational materials and instructional methodologies, carefully chosen to align with the specific subject and learning objectives.
Employ diverse instructional methodologies to accommodate the varied abilities and learning preferences within each class, with particular emphasis on addressing the learning requirements of pupils with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (LDD).
Conduct ongoing research to identify emerging topic areas and ensure current awareness of relevant subject.
Prepare and compile reports as necessary, assigning internal grades accordingly.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field is required.
A minimum of three years of dedicated work experience within a classroom environment, specifically with young children, is required.
Certification in CPR and first aid is highly beneficial.
