Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field. Minimum of three years of professional experience in software development, with at least one year in a leadership or mentoring role. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, and JavaScript, is mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git, is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for this role.
