Salary: 120,000 – 150,000 Monthly
Monday through Saturday, this role requires availability to work.
The position requires adherence to a standard schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM daily.
Candidates based in IKEA, Maryland, GBA, Allen, Ope bi, Pagoda, Jody, KET, Agee, and nearby regions will receive priority consideration.
Job Summary
A meticulous and structured E-Commerce Operations Officer is required to manage order fulfillment, inventory control, quality assurance, and customer support functions.
The successful candidate will maintain precise order processing, keep inventory records current, and deliver a smooth shopping experience for customers. Additionally, the role includes capturing essential photos and videos of products and order preparation for documentation and occasional marketing needs.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing the core functions of the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and performance across all assigned areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, streamline processes, and achieve key performance indicators. Conduct regular evaluations to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to uphold accountability and transparency. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing guidance, support, and timely updates to facilitate informed decision-making.
Accurately and efficiently process and prepare customer orders.
Perform thorough quality assessments on both incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with established standards.
Ensure orders are packaged and dispatched promptly to meet delivery deadlines.
Track inventory levels diligently while ensuring precise documentation of stock records.
Liaise with logistics and delivery partners as necessary to ensure seamless coordination.
Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product information with professionalism and efficiency.
Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring their concerns are handled with efficiency and professionalism.
Professional photographers and videographers are required to document products, packaging, and order fulfillment processes through high-quality photos and videos.
Ensure operational efficiency through meticulous maintenance of inventory records and workspace organization.
Provide support for various administrative and operational tasks as needed, including any additional responsibilities assigned.
Requirements
A relevant field requires a minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
Previous experience in customer service, inventory management, retail operations, or e-commerce is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of social media, smartphone photography, and videography is an added advantage.
Requires solid computer literacy and a high degree of proficiency with essential digital tools.
