The T&I Delivery / Domain Lead holds a Partner-level position, assuming full accountability for KPMG’s most substantial and intricate multi-country Technology & Innovation engagements across Africa. Serving as the commercial and operational cornerstone of the T&I business, this role is directly responsible for a revenue portfolio, driving the acquisition and leadership of large-scale transformation projects, and reinforcing KPMG T&I’s standing as the premier partner for clients in financial services, telecommunications, energy, and government sectors. As a pivotal contributor to achieving the USD 100M run-rate target by FY28, the Domain Lead carries an individually assigned annual revenue target of USD 8–10M at steady state.

Oversee critical functions and execute essential duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, project management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align initiatives with company objectives and ensure seamless operations across all levels. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor team members by fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Achieve an annual revenue target of USD 8–10 million within a designated domain or geographic region, with performance measured monthly against the T&I investment thesis.

You will analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for cost efficiency, and implement corrective actions to sustain profitability while upholding quality and client satisfaction standards.

Assume full accountability for delivery results on major engagements across the portfolio, providing hands-on leadership—not merely advisory oversight—to multidisciplinary teams composed of KPMG professionals, alliance partners, and sub-consultants.

Collaborate closely with Program/Delivery Directors in Block C and Architecture Leads in Block B to uphold delivery quality, safeguard profit margins, and mitigate escalations.

Enforce strict adherence to RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) discipline across all engagements, proactively intervening at the earliest sign of potential delivery risks.

Ensure personal portfolio consistently achieves a 30% gross margin target, taking full responsibility for correcting any deviations when margins dip below the established threshold.

Review and authorize all modifications to project scope, subcontractor agreements, and commercial variations within portfolio agreements.
