Provide administrative and operational support to governance entities such as the Council, Executive Committee, and other mandated statutory bodies by compiling institutional reports, overseeing board documentation, and facilitating prompt implementation of decisions and resolutions.
Oversee the full spectrum of human resource operations—spanning workforce planning, talent acquisition, new hire integration, performance evaluations, employee well-being initiatives, disciplinary procedures, and career growth programs—while ensuring adherence to relevant labor legislation and institutional policies.
To craft, deploy, review, and oversee institutional policies, systems, and standard operating procedures with the goal of enhancing efficiency, ensuring uniformity, and maintaining high-quality service delivery across all offices and chapters.
Responsible for managing financial functions such as developing and overseeing budgets, ensuring procurement activities adhere to guidelines, maintaining strict control over expenditures, preparing accurate financial reports, and guaranteeing compliance with all relevant statutory regulations.
Facilitate seamless communication, coordination, and collaboration both internally and externally among departments, country offices, and key stakeholders.

Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities through a history of successfully directing varied, cross-functional teams spanning multiple geographic locations or regulatory environments.
Proven expertise in financial management, organizational leadership, and effective communication, coupled with a strong background in budget planning, procurement oversight, and strategic resource allocation.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of corporate governance principles, regulatory compliance frameworks, and the development and execution of institutional policies.
Skilled in facilitating or contributing to strategic planning initiatives, managing institutional change effectively, and enhancing operational processes for improved performance.
Proficiency in contemporary office and administrative software, particularly enterprise management systems, is essential. A solid understanding of artificial intelligence tools and their practical implementation in administrative functions, document handling, reporting, and institutional communication is also required.
Proficiency in collaborating with or within multi-country or regional entities, particularly those with operational and cultural insights into the West African sub-region, would be highly beneficial.
