Oversee a range of critical tasks, including the management of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive growth, and the maintenance of high-performance standards across all projects. Handle the preparation and review of comprehensive reports to monitor progress, identify key performance indicators, and present data-driven insights to senior leadership. Collaborate closely with department heads to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Additionally, lead the analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry benchmarks to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards while promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.
Responsible for strategizing, implementing, and finalizing digital marketing initiatives spanning social media, paid advertising, content creation, influencer collaborations, experiential activations, and production ventures.
Collaborate closely with internal teams—strategy, creative, media, production, and digital—to guarantee timely project delivery while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Act as the primary liaison for designated clients, fostering enduring, high-value partnerships through consistent engagement and trust-building initiatives.
To develop strategic recommendations, it is essential to thoroughly grasp clients’ business goals, marketing objectives, and brand positioning.
Explore strategies to expand existing accounts by offering additional services and enhancing their engagement with the agency’s comprehensive solutions.
Assist in crafting compelling pitches, drafting proposals, and organizing presentation materials for potential clients.
Oversee the financial administration of designated accounts, including budget management, invoicing procedures, and ensuring overall profitability.
Compile comprehensive campaign reports, conduct thorough performance analyses, and perform detailed post-campaign evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify key insights.
Maintain projects’ commercial viability while ensuring strict adherence to approved budgets.
Track payment schedules meticulously and assist with account reconciliation procedures as required.
Guide and assist junior account executives and account managers in their professional development and operational tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
With a minimum of five to seven years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, advertising, or integrated communications agencies, candidates should bring a strong background in developing and executing strategic campaigns across various digital channels.
Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and the execution of comprehensive campaign management is essential.
Accomplished professionals must demonstrate exceptional proficiency in conveying ideas, delivering engaging presentations, and guiding teams with strong leadership abilities.
Demonstrated capacity to oversee several projects and clients concurrently while maintaining organizational efficiency and meeting deadlines.
