Channel Strategy: Determining and ranking the most impactful digital channels for targeted campaigns, including SEO, social media, email, paid advertising, and more. For each project, collaborate to pinpoint the three most effective channels for deployment and configure them to drive lead generation.
Developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy involves establishing thematic directions, determining optimal formats, and strategizing distribution methods to effectively attract and retain the intended audience. Additionally, the role requires designing dedicated landing pages for each product or service, with particular emphasis on supporting and enhancing ongoing promotional campaigns.
Customer Journey Mapping involves creating visual representations of the customer’s engagement with the brand, aiming to enhance key touchpoints. The role requires mapping out one customer journey (per product) each month and developing the necessary resources—such as landing pages and email automation—to refine the customer experience.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and develop a robust SEO strategy to enhance online visibility and drive targeted traffic. Analyze search trends, competitor strategies, and industry benchmarks to identify high-impact keywords and optimization opportunities. Implement data-driven insights to refine content, improve search rankings, and align with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital marketing initiatives.
Conducting in-depth keyword research entails pinpointing pertinent terms at each stage of the customer journey. Aim to identify two short-tail keywords and one long-tail keyword each month for optimization purposes.
On-Page SEO Optimization involves refining website content, meta tags, and structural elements to align with target keywords. Each month, approximately five company pages are optimized, prioritizing those with the highest importance and demand for services.
Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits focusing on website performance metrics such as speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, craw lability enhancements, and schema markup implementation. Establish and maintain weekly website analytics monitoring to verify adherence to evolving Google algorithm guidelines.
Develop and execute an effective off-page SEO and link building strategy focused on acquiring high-value backlinks to enhance domain authority. The objective is to secure at least one high-quality backlink per month, alongside five additional off-page SEO initiatives aimed at strengthening overall domain authority and search visibility.
Local SEO optimization includes enhancing visibility for geographically targeted search queries and optimizing Google My Business listings where relevant. This involves monthly geolocation-based updates, incorporating five new images into the GMB profile to maintain engagement and relevance with local audiences.
Website Management & Optimization: Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all website functions to ensure optimal performance, security, and user experience. Monitor site analytics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased traffic and engagement. Conduct regular audits to assess functionality, load times, and SEO effectiveness, implementing necessary updates and fixes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align website goals with broader business objectives while adhering to industry best practices and compliance standards. Manage content updates, security protocols, and third-party integrations to maintain a seamless and secure digital presence.
Continuous management and optimization of websites for CWG and Excellence will be required.
