Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success. You will develop visually compelling video and photo content optimized for high engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This involves producing and editing product-focused videos, including reels and other short-form formats, as well as designing eye-catching graphics and promotional banners. Additionally, you will curate a weekly content calendar and craft persuasive captions that incorporate clear, action-driven calls to action.
You’ll be responsible for expanding the follower base, enhancing engagement levels, and directing traffic to the website while promoting offers and new product arrivals. Additionally, you’ll assist in product launches by creating campaign content, keeping a close eye on industry trends, and adapting strategies promptly to maintain relevance.
You will collaborate with the customer support team and website operators to promote best-selling and high-margin products, craft urgency-driven promotional content, monitor campaign performance, and propose strategies to enhance conversion rates. Additionally, you will prepare weekly performance reports detailing reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and overall effectiveness.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of professional experience in a similar role are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are necessary, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is also required.
Qualified candidates must maintain primary residency in Embed or the surrounding Embed area.
A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in social media marketing is essential, with a preference for candidates who have worked with an e-commerce brand.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Cap Cut, In Shot, or Adobe Premiere is required, complemented by graphic design expertise in tools like Canva or Photoshop.
To excel in this role, you’ll need proficiency in producing high-quality content using either a smartphone or a professional camera, along with a deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms.
