The Growth & Digital Marketing Lead will spearhead engineering initiatives to achieve a tenfold increase in revenue.
The individual will oversee corporate advertising expenditures across various digital platforms, evaluate conversion pathways, enhance user acquisition funnels, and establish localized brand credibility.
Key Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations, and managing a team of professionals to achieve organizational objectives. The role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Additionally, the position requires maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, providing leadership and guidance to team members, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities also encompass budget management, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reporting progress to senior management, identifying opportunities for growth, and contributing to long-term business success.
Devise, implement, execute, and continuously refine paid advertising initiatives on Meta Ads Manager (encompassing Instagram and Facebook) and the TikTok Ads platform, with the objective of generating high-intent conversion traffic directed to our website.
Develop, oversee, and refine tracking infrastructure—such as the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom event definitions—to ensure precise reporting of Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Develop and oversee the digital content calendar, leading video production and editing initiatives (including Reels and TikToks) centered on conversion-driven hooks such as “The NATO Playground Stress Test” and “The NATO Bend Challenge.”
Oversee the full lifecycle of communication, asset distribution, and customized affiliate tracking frameworks for designated ‘Ambassadors’, parenting content creators, and niche influencers.
Analyze website performance metrics, user session recordings, heatmaps, and funnel drop-off points on foci.ng to implement ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) enhancements.
We seek a highly motivated professional who meets the following qualifications and competencies. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a pertinent discipline. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in industry-specific software or tools, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, are required. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines and maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
With a proven track record spanning 3 to 5 years, you will bring hands-on expertise in growth hacking, performance marketing, or managing direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce campaigns specifically within Nigeria’s market.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Shopify/WooCommerce administration, and tracking system architectures.
Proficient in crafting persuasive copy tailored to discerning, value-conscious Nigerian parents, with intermediate-level expertise in mobile video editing tools such as Cap Cut, Canva, and Premiere Rush.
