Job Summary
The Food Technologist plays a pivotal role in guaranteeing the consistent production of safe, premium-quality cashew products that adhere to stringent food safety standards and regulatory mandates. This position supervises production and packaging operations, develops and refines product formulations, upholds rigorous quality benchmarks, and ensures meticulous documentation of all manufacturing processes.
Oversee a range of critical duties, including managing daily operations to ensure seamless workflow, coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency. Develop and maintain robust policies and procedures to uphold compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement in service delivery. Serve as a pivotal point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, lead initiatives to foster innovation, support team development, and align organizational objectives with broader business goals.
To maintain adherence to food safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and the company’s established quality standards.
Responsible for managing cashew production and packaging processes to maintain optimal efficiency, uniformity, and adherence to product quality standards.
Develop and oversee ingredient formulations across multiple product variants to ensure consistency and quality.
Perform comprehensive inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and final deliverables to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
Ensure meticulous documentation of production processes, quality metrics, and batch records with precision and accuracy.
Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, then design and execute strategic enhancements aimed at boosting efficiency while minimizing waste and redundant activities.
Facilitate audits, inspections, and ongoing enhancement projects to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for production personnel focused on food safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
