As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will collaborate with the Brand, Marketing, and Communications team to develop visually compelling designs for both digital and print media.

You will support the creation of marketing materials, social media visuals, presentations, brand assets, and other graphic content while maintaining adherence to the company’s established brand standards.

Additionally, you will provide assistance to various creative initiatives, offer inventive design concepts, and undertake any other tasks as directed by your Line Manager.

Oversee a diverse range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are met with precision and efficiency. Develop and implement policies that align with company goals while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to streamline processes, resolve complex challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, guidance, and support to maintain alignment with business priorities. Develop visually engaging social media graphics, promotional flyers, digital banners, and other marketing assets to support brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.

Develop and enhance presentation materials and proposal documents to ensure clarity, visual appeal, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Transform and enhance visuals, and design compelling graphics specifically tailored for digital media channels.

Work collaboratively with team members to develop and execute creative projects, ensuring alignment with shared objectives and fostering an environment of innovation and cooperation.

Ensure design files and assets are systematically organized and readily accessible at all times.

As a candidate for this position, you must meet the following qualifications: a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a comparable role, proficiency in industry-standard software tools, and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of delivering measurable results. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, though a master’s degree is preferred. Familiarity with emerging technologies and compliance standards will be considered advantageous.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Minimum of five years of professional experience in software development, with expertise in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.
