Job Description

Craft and implement strategic social media content calendars that are fully aligned with brand objectives and seasonal initiatives.

Develop compelling content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos, to highlight hotel amenities, guest experiences, local attractions, and events.

Work alongside photographers, videographers, and influencers to craft visually compelling content of exceptional quality.

Oversee routine content publication and engagement activities across various social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.

Analyze evolving trends and adjust content strategies to enhance its reach and maintain its relevance.

Craft responses to comments, messages, and reviews promptly while ensuring they align with established brand guidelines.

Develop and nurture connections with patrons, travel influencers, and regional collaborators.

Analyze key performance indicators—including engagement rates, audience reach, and conversion rates—to refine and enhance content strategies effectively.

Compile monthly reports and provide strategic recommendations based on the findings to guide decision-making.

Collaborate proactively with marketing, public relations, and guest services teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional strategies.

Develop and execute digital campaigns, contests, and collaborations with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is a must. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for cross-functional team interactions. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is critical. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is advantageous.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a closely related discipline is required.

We seek candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in social media management, ideally within the hospitality or travel sectors.

Exceptional proficiency in writing, editing, and visual storytelling is required.

Seeking candidates with demonstrated expertise in platforms including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and various scheduling tools.

Proficiency in SEO strategies, the strategic use of hashtags, and a deep understanding of social media algorithms is required.

Individuals should demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, travel, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
