A meticulous and systematically structured E-Commerce Operations Officer is required to manage order fulfillment, inventory control, quality assurance, and customer service functions.

The successful candidate will maintain precise order processing, keep inventory records current, and deliver an uninterrupted shopping experience for customers. Additionally, this position requires capturing product images and documenting order preparation procedures for auditing and limited marketing applications.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, the management of cross-functional teams, and the execution of operational processes to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align objectives with organizational goals, provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Process customer orders with precision and timeliness, ensuring each request is handled accurately and delivered without delay.

Perform thorough inspections to ensure the quality standards of both incoming and outgoing products are met.

Ensure orders are meticulously packaged and dispatched within specified timeframes to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Oversee inventory levels diligently while ensuring stock records remain precise and up-to-date.

Liaise with logistics and delivery partners as necessary to ensure seamless operations.

Address customer inquiries pertaining to order statuses, delivery updates, and product-related details in a timely and professional manner.

Address customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Produce high-quality images and videos showcasing products, packaging, and order fulfillment operations.

Enhance operational efficiency by ensuring inventory and workspace records are meticulously organized and up-to-date.

Provide support for additional administrative and operational tasks as designated.

Seeking a candidate who meets the following qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least three years of experience in the industry, proficiency in relevant software tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The ideal applicant should demonstrate excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

A relevant academic qualification, such as an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree, is required for this position.

Prior experience in customer service, inventory management, retail operations, or e-commerce is beneficial.
