Role Description
We are in search of a dedicated, full-time Application & Sales Specialist – DI/US to strengthen our team based in Lagos. This on-site position involves delivering expert technical application support, resolving client issues through troubleshooting, and collaborating directly with customers to provide customized solutions. Additionally, you will partner with the sales department to bolster business growth, nurture client relationships, and share in-depth knowledge of diagnostic imaging and ultrasound systems. Through seamless teamwork, you will enhance customer satisfaction and optimize the deployment of our advanced solutions.
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, alongside a minimum of three years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is preferred. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring system reliability. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning are also required.
Proven ability to evaluate and derive meaningful insights from data through meticulous analysis and interpretation.
Demonstrates strong expertise in application and technical support, with a proven capability to guide clients through system setup processes and provide operational assistance.

Bachelor of Science degrees in Radiography and Sonography are required.
Candidates with prior experience in sales, application support, or medical device technologies will be given preference.
Open to working on-site in Lagos and undertaking travel as needed to accommodate client engagements.
Seeking candidates with one to two years of professional experience in the relevant field. Ideal applicants will bring a minimum of one year but no more than two years of hands-on expertise to the role. Applicants must demonstrate between twelve and twenty-four months of prior work experience in a comparable position.
