Role Description
A highly motivated Application & Sales Specialist – DI/US is required to fill a full-time, on-site position in Lagos. This role encompasses the provision of advanced technical application support, resolution of complex troubleshooting issues, and the delivery of customized client solutions. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to bolster business development initiatives, nurture customer relationships, and provide specialized expertise in diagnostic imaging and ultrasound systems. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with three or more years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is required, along with experience with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS or Azure, and version control systems such as Git is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also necessary. Additionally, excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning are highly valued.
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets with precision and insight.
Skilled in providing both application and technical support, with expertise in guiding clients through system configurations and operational procedures.
