Oversee and execute daily operations to ensure seamless workflow continuity, maintaining rigorous adherence to established protocols and standards. Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Compiles and prepares financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Analyzes discrepancies, investigates variances, and implements corrective actions as needed. Manages accounts payable and receivable, processes invoices, and tracks payments to optimize cash flow. Generates and distributes regular financial reports to stakeholders, providing insights into business performance. Ensures adherence to internal controls, tax obligations, and audit requirements. Utilizes accounting software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

Ensure timely and accurate tracking of customer payments by conducting systematic follow-ups, verifying transaction statuses, and addressing any discrepancies or delays promptly. Monitor payment schedules, communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for resolution. Maintain detailed records of all follow-up activities and payment statuses to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will oversee the preparation and dissemination of all organizational reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role requires proficiency in data analysis tools and report-generating software, along with exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills. Your responsibilities will include compiling monthly performance metrics, analyzing trends, and presenting insights to senior leadership. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and validate findings before finalizing reports.

Ensure that store keeping activities are conducted with precision and adherence to established standards. Maintain accurate inventory records, organize materials efficiently, and uphold cleanliness and safety protocols within the storage area. Verify that all items are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for to prevent loss or damage. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory management procedures and company policies. Collaborate with relevant teams to facilitate smooth operations and address any discrepancies promptly.

Maintain adherence to all applicable regulatory mandates and standards to ensure full compliance with legal obligations.

Seeking a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of three years’ experience in project management, preferably within the IT sector. Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential, along with strong leadership and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is required, and experience with budget management and stakeholder reporting is highly desirable.
