Job Summary

A Call Center Sales Agent, also known as a Telesales Representative, engages in proactive phone outreach to both prospective and current customers to advocate for products or services, drive sales growth, nurture client relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales objectives. This position demands a high level of proficiency in communication, negotiation, and client relations to ensure optimal performance.

Oversee and execute key responsibilities encompassing the planning, development, and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth and efficiency. Ensure alignment with company objectives by monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities for enhancement. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and foster innovation. Lead projects from inception to completion, maintaining accountability for deliverables and timelines. Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform data-driven decision-making and strategic positioning. Initiate outgoing calls to potential and current clients to foster business relationships and explore new opportunities.

You will introduce and describe products or services to customers, ensuring clear communication of their features, benefits, and applications.

Required competencies and prerequisites include a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline. Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential, alongside experience with databases, APIs, and cloud services such as AWS or Azure. The role demands excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must exhibit strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices is highly advantageous. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree.
