Job Summary
In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure every guest experience is smooth, personalized and memorable while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to calls, emails, and social media chats
Log issues, escalate when needed, and follow up until closure
Help with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
Collect guest feedback and monitor review platforms
Maintain accurate records in CRM/booking system, prepare daily reports
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Conflict resolution skill
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Service mindset and neat appearance
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
