Oversee a high volume of incoming telephone inquiries to ensure efficient handling and response.
Develop and cultivate prospective client relationships to identify and qualify potential sales opportunities.
Proactively evaluate customer requirements to ensure their expectations are fully met and exceeded.
Establish and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with key client accounts by fostering transparent, two-way dialogue and collaborative engagement.
Deliver precise, reliable, and thorough information through appropriate methods and tools.
Achieve personal and team sales targets while meeting established call handling quotas, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, offering tailored solutions and alternatives while adhering to established time constraints; conduct follow-up actions to verify the issue has been fully resolved.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and organize files accordingly.
Adhere to established communication protocols, guidelines, and organizational policies to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance in all interactions.
Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction by actively engaging with them throughout their experience.
