Requirements & Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
A minimum of one to three years of hands-on experience in microcredit, loan processing, or comparable positions is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in a Microfinance Bank or other financial institution.
Proven expertise in micro-lending fundamentals, credit evaluation methodologies, and risk mitigation strategies is essential.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate skillfully, and build strong professional relationships.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of local markets, communities, and their dynamics, enabling informed decision-making and strategic engagement.
