About the Role
TLP Media is seeking a highly creative and unconventional thinker to join our team as a Creative Lead.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about media, storytelling, and brand building; someone who sees possibilities where others see limitations and can transform ideas into compelling visual and digital experiences.
The ideal candidate must be innovative, proactive, and capable of leading creative projects from ideation to execution.
Responsibilities
Lead the creative direction of the company’s media and content projects.
Develop and review creative concepts, scripts, campaigns, and storytelling ideas.
Identify creative gaps and propose innovative solutions.
Oversee content creation across digital and social media platforms.
Collaborate with production and operations teams to execute projects effectively.
Guide talents and clients in developing their personal brands.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging creative tools.
Requirements
Proven experience in a creative role within media, advertising, content creation, or a related industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
Proficiency in content creation and creative software/tools is an advantage.
Passion for media and emerging trends.
