Oversee a range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, management of cross-functional teams, and execution of operational processes to ensure organizational efficiency. Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with overarching business objectives, while providing regular progress updates and performance metrics. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and innovation to enhance productivity and profitability. Lead stakeholder engagement efforts to foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all levels of the organization. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge. Additionally, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies while managing risk and upholding ethical standards.
Develop innovative fashion illustrations, sketches, textile patterns, and design concepts.
Contribute innovative concepts that maintain consistency with the brand’s visual and conceptual identity.
Prepare mock-ups, samples, and design templates to facilitate production processes.
Partner with manufacturing teams and skilled craftsmen to guarantee precise implementation of design specifications.
Develop compelling visual assets tailored for social media platforms, marketing initiatives, campaigns, and cookbooks to enhance brand presence.
Provide support for photoshoots, outfit selection, and the development of engaging content collections.
Conduct thorough investigations into emerging fashion trends, draw inspiration from diverse creative sources, and explore innovative design methodologies.
Curate and maintain well-structured creative files, mood boards, and design references to ensure efficient accessibility and organization.
Track and analyze social media engagement metrics while facilitating community interactions as needed.
Compile reports, document creative workflows, and assist with performance monitoring initiatives.
Showcase exceptional precision, innovative thinking, and adept problem-solving skills while maintaining flexibility to navigate dynamic task requirements effectively.
Collaborate efficiently with internal teams while successfully managing multiple projects and ensuring adherence to established deadlines.
Provide assistance with various creative and administrative duties as needed.
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration, or accounting, along with at least three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities are essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates should also demonstrate a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a must.
A bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or an equivalent qualification is required.
A minimum of five years of professional experience is required.
