ROLE SUMMARY

As an Error Business Development Executive, your primary role will involve promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products and cultivating robust partnerships with healthcare professionals in your designated territory. By aligning with Error’s sales and marketing goals, you will articulate the value proposition of our products, uncover strategic business opportunities, and accelerate prescription and revenue growth—all while upholding the utmost professionalism and ethical integrity.

Oversee and execute key operational tasks, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline workflows and enhance productivity across departments. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize performance, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor progress through data analysis, performance metrics, and regular reporting identifying trends and address potential issues proactively. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and align individual objectives with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards to mitigate risks and uphold company integrity. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and staff, communicating priorities, expectations, and feedback to cultivate a cohesive and motivated workforce.

Develop and implement strategic, goal-oriented call plans tailored to the designated territory.

Consistently engage with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other essential stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of Error products.

Craft engaging product presentations and employ customer-centric selling strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Maintain meticulous post-call documentation and leverage customer feedback to enhance sales efficacy.

Responsibilities include disseminating promotional materials and distributing product samples while adhering to established company protocols and regulatory standards.

Employ approved marketing tools and initiatives to enhance product visibility and achieve optimal market penetration.

Cultivate and sustain robust professional connections with healthcare practitioners and critical stakeholders involved in decision-making processes.

Evaluate emerging business prospects and enhance market penetration within the designated region.

Collect market intelligence, track competitor actions, and deliver prompt feedback to management.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, coupled with at least five years of progressive experience in a similar role. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with a strong understanding of project management principles, is required. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines while maintaining a detail-oriented approach.

A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Anatomy, Physiology, or a closely related health science field is required.
