Lead the comprehensive management and execution of construction projects, overseeing all phases from initial planning through to final delivery.
Conduct a thorough analysis of the projects to establish a timeline for deliverables and determine associated costs.
Responsible for supervising both onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure strict adherence to safety regulations throughout all phases of the project.
Coordinate and oversee the activities of construction project managers and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Provide leadership and guidance to maintain alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while fostering collaboration among all stakeholders.
Provide guidance on optimal work tools, materials, and equipment, and monitor inventory levels.
Fulfill all contractual performance obligations in coordination with the Project Manager.
Monitor progress on a daily basis and provide comprehensive reports to the CEO/ED.
Thoroughly develop and finalize internal and external reports that accurately reflect job status in a prompt and professional manner.

Collaborate with the team to develop and present accurate budget estimates, subsequently submitting them to the CEO or Executive Director for final review.
Compiles reports monitoring progress and track associated costs.
Conduct thorough examinations of incidents, such as damage, accidents, or schedule disruptions at construction sites, to verify adherence to established protocols and procedures.
