Spearheading the delivery of KYC, AML, and CFT compliance training and awareness initiatives at the branch level ensures robust adherence to regulatory standards.
Conducting transaction monitoring through the FCC-ECM AML module and flagging suspicious transactions for additional review and reporting purposes.
Periodic on-site inspections are performed throughout the branch to evaluate the extent of adherence to voluntary compliance standards.
Conducting systematic evaluations of branch operations to identify compliance risks and formulating corrective action strategies.
Overseeing the execution of branch compliance protocols and implementing corrective measures, while elevating unresolved items to the Branch Management team and the Head of Compliance Monitoring and Reporting (via Zonal Compliance Officers and Area Compliance Coordinators).
Quarterly on-site inspections are conducted at bank agents to verify adherence to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing regulatory standards.
Periodically visit branches to ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
Regular oversight of substantial cash transactions is conducted to verify alignment with client profiles, examine atypical cash deposits, and promptly report any suspicious activities in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations, as well as internal guidelines.
Ensure thorough verification of Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance for customer accounts and issue KYC certificates specifically for loan-related transactions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
