Malcolm Anatomy Foundation is in search of a Communications and Outreach Lead to manage and direct the Foundation’s communications strategy across various digital channels. This position will involve organizing and executing how the Foundation conveys its initiatives, encompassing webinars, media engagements, collaborative ventures, and critical institutional announcements.

The Communications Lead will concentrate on strategic communications, coordinating initiatives, and managing publications across various teams and platforms, rather than engaging in general content creation.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, compliance, and performance across departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and ethical standards.

Compile and disseminate timely updates regarding partnerships, ongoing programs, and significant milestones achieved by the Foundation.

Maintain uniform messaging and branding across all public-facing channels to ensure cohesive and professional communication.

Experts in Google Ad Grant administration are sought to optimize nonprofit organizations’ digital advertising strategies, ensuring efficient allocation of the $10,000 monthly budget to maximize outreach and impact. The role involves strategic keyword selection, compelling ad copy creation, and continuous performance monitoring to drive measurable results. Proficiency in Google Ads, keyword research tools, and data analytics is required, along with a strong understanding of nonprofit marketing objectives.
