We are looking for a proficient and dependable Drone Pilot to integrate into our cleaning services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for piloting drones outfitted with specialized cleaning equipment to execute a range of cleaning assignments, including high-pressure washing of buildings and infrastructure, window cleaning, roof cleaning, facade cleaning, and additional cleaning-related duties.

Responsibilities:
Operate unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in a manner that ensures both safety and efficiency throughout flight operations.
Devise and carry out cleaning initiatives with precision and thoroughness.
Ensure rigorous quality control measures are implemented and meticulous attention to detail is maintained throughout all processes to uphold the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.
Maintain drone equipment and cleaning tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Inspect and service all components regularly, addressing any issues promptly to prevent operational disruptions. Keep tools organized, clean, and in good working condition to support efficient workflows. Adhere to manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols during all maintenance activities to uphold equipment reliability and compliance standards.
Perform duties in elevated environments and endure diverse weather conditions while maintaining focus and adherence to safety protocols.
Work collaboratively with team members to guarantee the successful completion of projects.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, and proficiency in industry-specific software. Applicants must demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are highly valued. Additionally, candidates should possess a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
