A Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing a designated portfolio of Commercial Banking clients, who must meet specific annual turnover thresholds—N2 billion for Tier 2 and N5 billion for Tier 1 companies. The role requires the RM to strategically align and leverage Stannic ITC and Standard Bank Group offerings, ensuring seamless integration of products, services, and resources to enhance client value and drive mutual profitability.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration, is required for this position. Applicants must possess at least three years of professional experience in a related role, demonstrating proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are also necessary.
