Summary
We seek a diligent and committed Male Compound Cleaner to strengthen our team in Marlboro.
Oversee and manage the full spectrum of assigned duties, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements. Facilitate collaboration among team members to foster a cohesive and high-performing work environment. Provide mentorship and guidance to staff to promote professional growth and development. Monitor performance metrics to evaluate progress and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure the compound and its surrounding areas are consistently kept clean and well-maintained.
Responsibilities include thoroughly sweeping and mopping floors, as well as correctly disposing of waste materials to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
Maintain the environment’s cleanliness and organization on a daily basis.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and hygiene standards.
Execute additional cleaning tasks as designated by management.
Requirements
With a minimum of zero to two years of professional experience, candidates are encouraged to apply, including those without prior experience.
