Explore and capitalize on emerging business prospects across the construction and infrastructure industries.
Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with clients, contractors, and essential stakeholders to foster mutual trust and collaboration.
Prepare and execute compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively engage potential clients and drive business growth.

Requirements:
A relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering or a comparable discipline, is required.
Seasoned professionals with a track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the construction or building materials sector are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of concrete production, batching methodologies, and construction workflows.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate successfully, and build strong interpersonal relationships.
Proven capability to function autonomously while consistently achieving established objectives with minimal oversight.
Demonstrates advanced skills in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to efficiently create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
