The Projects & Facilities department oversees the planning, execution, and maintenance of all organizational infrastructure and capital projects. This division ensures that facilities are operational, compliant with regulations, and aligned with strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include managing construction, renovation, and maintenance initiatives while optimizing space utilization and resource allocation. Additionally, the team collaborates with external stakeholders, such as contractors and regulatory bodies, to deliver high-quality outcomes within budget and timeline constraints. Candidates should possess expertise in project management, facility operations, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

The position reports directly to the Managing Director, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational priorities. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to drive organizational performance and execute key initiatives. Responsibilities include providing high-level support, facilitating decision-making processes, and maintaining transparent communication channels across departments. The incumbent is expected to uphold the Managing Director’s vision while contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the leadership team.

The role requires full-time, onsite attendance at the designated workplace location.

We seek applicants possessing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or a closely related discipline, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and drive project success.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is required, with a master’s degree considered an additional asset.

Seeking a candidate with a proven track record of 8 to 10 years in project management, facility development, and administrative leadership, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, agribusiness, or a comparable operational setting.

Skilled in leading construction initiatives, aligning diverse teams, and efficiently managing interconnected workflows.

Professional certifications in Project Management, Facility Management, or Procurement will be considered advantageous.
