Requirements
A recognized undergraduate degree in any academic field is required.
A minimum of a decade of professional experience is required, with at least four years dedicated to a managerial position in a comparable field.
Individuals should possess a proven track record of working within corporate or government environments.
A background in security services would be highly beneficial.
Strategic thinking is required, with a strong grasp of how business objectives, security concerns, and safety risks intersect and must be balanced effectively.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, coupled with exceptional planning and problem-solving capabilities.
