The organization is in search of a Managing Director or CEO to spearhead its growth strategy, extend market reach, and ensure sustainable profitability.

A requirement for this role is holding membership in the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (COIN).
As a requirement, candidates must hold membership with the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (CRIB).
CRIB Membership Clearance Certificate in good standing is required.
A minimum of a decade of practical experience in insurance brokerage is required.
Requires a minimum of five years of senior leadership or executive-level experience.
Demonstrated ability to drive business expansion, enhance profitability, and exhibit strong strategic leadership capabilities.
Exceptional abilities in managing stakeholders, negotiating agreements, and cultivating professional relationships are essential for success in this role.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from N12,000,000 to N16,000,000.
