Oversee critical operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution of daily workflows to maintain productivity and efficiency. Manage and coordinate team activities, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at improving processes, reducing costs, and enhancing overall performance. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating information flow and resolving interdepartmental conflicts to promote alignment with company goals. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional growth and development through constructive feedback and training opportunities. Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, offering data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

Spearhead the expansion of industrial chemical, laboratory equipment, and water treatment solution sales by cultivating and maintaining corporate client relationships.

Proactively seek out and transform emerging business prospects within key sectors such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, energy, and research industries.

Cultivate and sustain robust professional connections with procurement officers, laboratory managers, and pivotal stakeholders involved in decision-making processes.

Craft compelling technical proposals, detailed quotations, and engaging presentations tailored for prospective clients.

Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently while ensuring alignment with performance expectations.

Oversee the activities of field sales officers while delivering consistent performance updates to senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and expectations.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field. At least three years of experience in software development, preferably in full-stack development, is required. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL is essential. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team are necessary. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders are a must.

A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree or Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific field is required.

We seek a candidate with at least five to seven years of proven B2B sales expertise, ideally within the chemical or laboratory product supply sectors.

Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of chemical products, laboratory equipment, and their practical uses in industrial settings.

Exceptional proficiency in negotiation, communication, and client management is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM tools viewed favorably.
