Oversee the maintenance of daily financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping practices.
Monitor revenue, expenditures, and platform disbursements with precision and consistency.
Compile monthly financial statements to provide accurate and timely financial insights.
Process and manage all invoices and vendor payments efficiently to ensure timely financial transactions and maintain accurate records of expenditures.
Maintain precise and up-to-date digital accounting records to ensure financial integrity and compliance with established standards and regulations.
Provide support in financial planning, budget preparation, and predictive financial analysis to ensure accurate fiscal management and strategic decision-making.
Maintain adherence to established internal financial procedures and controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and regulatory alignment in all financial transactions and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is essential. Proficiency in specific software tools or platforms is required. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a related role is necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, are critical. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also required. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices is advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree or higher national diploma in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, whether in a virtual or traditional office setting.
