Craft and implement dynamic instructional sessions across key academic disciplines—including Literacy, Numeracy, Science, and Social Studies—ensuring full alignment with established state and national educational benchmarks.
Foster an encouraging and welcoming classroom atmosphere that accommodates a wide range of learning requirements.
Evaluate and monitor student development, delivering constructive feedback and adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, specialists, and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
Facilitate the social-emotional growth of students while promoting positive behavior within the classroom environment.
Attend staff meetings, engage in professional development opportunities, and take part in social events.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a comparable role, along with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. The ideal applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role demands adaptability to evolving priorities and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
A bachelor’s degree in Elementary or Primary Education—or an equivalent field—is required.
Holds a valid state-issued teaching certificate or license specifically endorsed for primary grade levels.
Professional experience in primary education, encompassing practical classroom instruction as part of a formal teacher training program, is required.
Accomplished in effectively managing classroom dynamics and fostering clear, constructive communication with students and stakeholders.
Dedication to implementing differentiated instruction and prioritizing child-centered learning approaches is essential.
