Oversee and execute core duties encompassing a range of critical tasks, including managing daily operations, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Evaluate and grade students’ assignments expeditiously and thoroughly, adhering to established school guidelines.

Candidates must meet the following critical qualifications to be considered for this role. These include a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in a similar position, a bachelor’s degree in a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and work experience), and proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Additionally, strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are required. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Applicants must possess a minimum of a B. Ed in Primary Education Studies or an equivalent qualification, such as a B.Sc., B.A., or HND, obtained from a recognized and reputable institution.
A minimum of three years of uninterrupted postings teaching experience in primary education within an international school setting is required.
Must reside in Ibadan and maintain a practical commuting distance from Jericho, Ibadan.
Achieving TRCN certification is strongly preferred, and candidates holding this credential will receive added preference during the hiring process.
Exceptional classroom management abilities are essential, enabling the creation of a structured, respectful, and attentive learning atmosphere.
Demonstrates a strong track record in instructing foundational subjects, including English, Mathematics, and Science, while also excelling in delivering a comprehensive curriculum at the primary education level to accommodate varied student learning styles.
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email proficiently, with the ability to confidently apply these tools in daily teaching and administrative tasks.
Proficient in implementing and exemplifying the school’s handwriting program, ensuring writing that is clear, legible, and consistently maintained.
Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in both spoken and written English, enabling clear, professional, and effective communication across all contexts.
Highly organized professionals excel in planning, delivering, and sustaining structured lessons while designing and maintaining visually engaging classroom displays of superior quality.
